Capstone Homes - new home purchasing process was a great experience for both my clients and me (buyer agent representative).  We looked at all the home purchasing options from short sales, foreclosures, regular sales, and even other new home builders.  Capstone Homes was a builder and developer that totally understood what we were looking for and worked with us to meet and exceed all of our expectations.  The home buying experience with Capstone was very professional from the start all the way through the final walk through and closing.  Capstone staff worked us through the paperwork, new build scheduling (timelines), material selections, changes, and viewings.  There were open to my client’s requests and changes and we ended up with a produce that we were completely satisfied with.  We could rely on the Builder/Developer to always be there to answer questions and they worked their schedules around ours.  The builder/developer/staff was hands on and made sure the new home was to their high standards or beyond. 
I can not think of anything that this process needs to improve on.  I would recommend Capstone Builders as a home purchasing option for your client’s new dream home. 

My Capstone Experience

I have lived in Flagstaff since July of 1999 and have paid rent all that time. Almost a year ago I received notice that the townhouse I had been renting for the past 8 years was going up for sale. So I found an excellent agent and the search was on. To make a long story short I had made offers on 2 short sales that dragged on and went nowhere. I then looked into new construction and found what I hoped was the perfect solution. It was close to where I worked and a reasonable price, as good as a preexisting home. However we could not come to an agreement after multiple “addendums” and additional cash “nonrefundable” and I was running out of time. I then went to Capstone and found them to be incredibly helpful, experienced, organized and professional. We quickly put together a plan which was approved by the City in a very timely manner and we were finished in less than 3 months. Amazing. Im in a beautiful neighborhood and am very happy with my new home. I have only high praise for the Capstone team and wish them continued success. My children and extended family and friends have all been very supportive in this quest and they too know the right choice was made by going with Capstone.
