Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is
Valerie Core. I am an Associate Broker with Capstone Homes in Flagstaff,
Arizona. I received my real estate license in 2001. My first position
was with Century 21 Centre Point in Phoenix. Within only a few
months, realizing that I wanted to expanded my real estate knowledge
and diversify myself. I accepted a new position and joined Coldwell
Banker Success in North Scottsdale later that year.
In 2003, my husband was transferred to Flagstaff. Thrilled to
be back in the home town of my Alma matter (Northern Arizona University
class of 2000), I joined Keepsake Homes as a new home Sales Associate
selling new construction homes in Ponderosa Trails and The Summit
at Ponderosa Trails. When Capstone Homes took over the lots in
Ponderosa Trails we continued selling new homes in Ponderosa Trail,
The Summit at Ponderosa Trails, Schultz Pass Meadows and Flagstaff
Ranch Golf Club.
During my free time, I enjoy traveling, skiing and taking long
strolls with my husband, Brodie and our dogs Scooter and Mugsy.
We have one daughter, Victoria born in August of 2008, so I know
and understand very well the importance that your home plays in
your family life.
My Philosophy
Selling new construction homes in Flagstaff is my passion. I am
a people person by nature. I pride myself on working hand-in-hand
with my clients to help them achieve their goal of purchasing
a home. Working closely with my buyers, guiding them through
the process of building the home of their dreams, which, for
many, is their single biggest investment. I will work hard to
find the home that fits your needs in every way, as well as protecting
your interests when you find it time to sell a property. The
happiness of knowing that I am making the Real Estate Process
an enjoyable one for my clients is obviously true source of my
satisfaction that drove my decision to focus my energy in the
Real Estate industry.
"My greatest reward is knowing I have helped so many people
fulfill the American dream of owning their own home," says
Valerie Core. |
